Becky Wrobel
Becky Wrobel
GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
My real name is Becky, but everyone calls me Beppa, which was a family nickname that stuck through the rest of my life. I am a proud great-auntie and fur baby mama. I grew up dancing and as an adult, joined group fitness classes to get movement back in my life. There is something different about the energy of working out with other people versus trying to stay motivated on my own. I loved it so much that I have been certified and teach a variety of classes at Western Racquet since 2017 starting with TRX, cycle, rowing, barre, strength and a smattering of wherever else I can help. Iβm also a labor and delivery nurse on night shift. From the beginning of Rock Steady Boxing here, I couldnβt get enough of volunteering and getting to know our boxers. They are so inspiring and bring such a special light to this world. After a few years, I wanted to get more involved and became a coach in 2022. The best part of my day is getting to play and laugh and act a fool while also building their strength and confidence. There is magic in these walls and we truly are a family, here to support and lift each other up with one common purpose, to fight back against Parkinsons! Welcome!!!
