Foundation Fit is our comprehensive onboarding program designed to welcome and integrate new members into the club, catering to a diverse range of fitness enthusiastsβ€”from gym veterans and muscle mavens to beginners and those seeking a holistic approach to health and wellness.

    I joined Western Racquet and Fitness in early August. Before I joined, I stopped by a few other gyms in the area, I found them to be very intimidating. Western Racquet was very welcoming and non-judgmental. I’ve had the pleasure of working with two different trainers (Katie and Ryan). Both trainers have been amazing! They truly care about my goals and don’t over complicate the process. I’m currently training with Ryan. Ryan is very professional; I really appreciate his motivation and positive encouragement. With only a few weeks into my training program, I can already notice a difference with my health /weight loss. I have more energy, sleep better at night, and just feel overall happier.     My name is Kathy and I have been a member at Western for 4 years, since I turned 50. I was a former athlete and wanted to regain some of the tone and flexibility that I once had. I have worked with a personal trainer, Andy, since then, and have experienced many improvements in my overall physical health. I had already had surgery on my right shoulder when I started and developed 3 tears in my in my left shoulder since then. Andy has helped me to strengthen my left shoulder and live without pain, without surgery! I have many joint issues and arthritis, all of which, Andy has been able to address and improve without surgical or medicinal intervention. He is knowledgeable in physiology and anatomy and approaches all issues with a broad base of experience. I sometimes don’t look forward to my workouts, but I am always glad that I showed up!
